CUSTOM or SEMI-CUSTOM DESIGNS
We can start with a blank slate and develop a completely custom design, or work with you to incorporate new ideas into an existing plan for semi-custom designs. We can also delicately restore existing structures and specialize in wood rot repair.
Mako designs some of the most creative and heart warming homes — homes that fit each client’s wish list and satisfy lot requirements. Some clients want a completely unique floor plan, while others may choose an existing plan, but want to add their own personal touches.
